At Southern Soul, people weren’t just watching—they were moving, laughing, and feeling alive. Eva Green, founder of The Pull, and West Kortright Center hosted the night, creating a space for connection and culture to flow freely.

One of the DJs was Nabihah Iqbal from England. She had been an artist-in-residence in Stamford, New York, last year, working on her album. Eva and Nabihah had celebrated that residency with a dance party—a parting gift that became part of the night’s energy.

As Eva said, “It’s cool that Stamford has a connection to the whole world.” That night felt like that—different places and people coming together, interconnected through music, movement, and shared time.
