The Blueberry Farm Where Home Meets Healing

In a bid to adopt a healthier way of living in March 2025, Justin @dailypasture and his family decided to move from New Jersey to North Star Farm @thenorthstarfarm in Franklin, New York, turning what was once a weekend escape into their full-time home.

After facing serious health challenges linked to black mold exposure, they managed to start the process of healing themselves through nature, fresh air, and a growing connection to the land.

Today, North Star Farm is not only home to them but also to 15 acres of blueberry fields, ambassador sheep, and geodesic dome retreats that invite visitors to slow down, reconnect, and experience life closer to nature.

Justin’s advice to small farms and entrepreneurs is simple, “Don’t be afraid to do something different.” Create experiences, build community, and find what makes your story unique.
